@B.Will I believe there are neutral wires in #2 but they aren't from that swtich they are from another switch that is in there as well, would that work?

@B.Will Here is a picture of the one I replaced, on the left. Bottom black is labeled Common on the switch so I put that to line/load of the HS210 and put the other Red and Black on the travelers,...
