@David-Wong It would be best to test your phone on other networks to see what it is fully capable of reaching as far as speeds, same for the computer. Make sure the phone does not have a VPN...

@TuanAnh219 You should have range extender mode as an option when going through the Quick Setup so that should work and then connect to your new Wi-Fi network.

@MarkW1 Your router firewall may be blocking the plug from communicating to the cloud. Try adding the plug to the DMZ, then try enabling the remote control. Turn off the DMZ after.

@DAHV87 Try adding the switches IP address as the DMZ to test to see if the router firewall may be blocking it from communicating to the cloud. Switch off the DMZ after testing.
