Received RE315 Mesh WiFi extender today. 2.5 GHz light does not light on. 5Ghz works. What do I need to do to get the 2.5 up and running?
If you are doing the WPS setup method, try the setup again to see if it lights up a second time.
If that does not work, factory reset the extender, and use the Tether app to set up the device: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1373/
