Looks like your missing more options on the bottom as well:
It looks like you have the cable modem/router, TC-W7960? If so, try using a different browser and also a different device/computer to see if the issue could be the device being used. You could also try factory resetting the modem/router by holding the reset pinhole for 10 seconds.
Firmware is controlled by the ISP where you are not able to upload yourself like a typical router. What you can do if you still are experiencing issues is to have the ISP push the firmware again to the modem/router.
