Verizon FIOS Dropping Connection with Archer AX3000
The Verizon FIOS connection with my AX3000 intermittently drops for no apparent reason, usually one or twice a week.
It disconnected on Thursday and again this morning. I called Verizon on Thursday and their tech rebooted the terminal unit. That has been done in the past by Verizon but the issue continues.
A previous Verizon tech said it could be a connection issue at the router end with the signal not returning to the terminal unit (that's above my tech knowledge)
Would appreciate any help in resolving this issue.
