We changed Wi-Fi password, now can only connect to basic Extender, but not 2.4 nor 5.0. Won't extend.
Factory reset the extender by holding the reset pinhole below it for 15 seconds while it is plugged in, and set it up with the new Wi-Fi network credentials.
