Why does it say 5G isnt available when I go to install a smart plug?

Need more info. Can other devices see and connect to the 5g network? Are you using One Mesh? Are you in router mode or Access Point mode? Are the SSIDs named the same? Any other equipment such as extenders or other routers in your network? What distance is the plug from the router?

If you are talking about our smart plugs like the HS105, those can only see the 2.4G network.
