More info would help. What router do you have? What have you tried? what results are you getting? I am assuming you have a modem, router, and PC configuration. Some common things to do. Be sure you are using good Ethernet cables as that causes a lot of issues and be sure they as plugged in to the correct ports per the instructions. Be sure you are using the power adapter that came with the router. Power off the modem, router, and an Ethernet connected PC, wait a few minutes, power on the modem and wait for it to stabilize, the power on the router and wait for it to stabilize, and then power on the PC. Check your connection. If that did not work, try a different Ethernet cable and if that did not work, tell us the color of each of the lights on the router.
