Orange light in router
Orange light is on the router. Cannot connect to the WiFi. I've unplugged, reset, disconnected the Ethernet, etc and get nothing.

Archer C4000 Orange internet light and cannot access certain sites
Brand new out the box. connected it to my softbank modem (I am in Japan). it can only access a few sites. google. amazon. facebook. cannot access mailchimp, zoom, or other smaller sites. the internet

Range(s) of Available Reserved Static IP Numbers
What range of static (reserved) IP numbers can be assigned to my router (Archer C8 v3). I need to assign a static IP, but do not want to conflict with any existing DHCP IP's.
