@jxmot It is supposed to reflash the firmware so if something was wrong with the software it should correct it, but if the issue keeps happening then I'd reach out to support since no other bulbs act...

@Scotty123 With the new update, it no longer stretched the image to fit outside (left and right) of the screen but to the top and bottom. You can zoom in slightly to get rid of it.
