You may have some interference on the channel that is being selected. Go to your router's 2.4 WIFI settings and try using different channels and widths. Channels 1, 6, and 11 do not overlap.

There are several other posts where others have unbricked a router. I never had to. Try some of those things and hope one works for you.

Can you get to the USB drive using the Run command? (press windows key and r and then enter the IP address of the router. should be something like 192.168.0.1)

Have you tried power cycle of the devices, deleting (forget) the network on the devices and re-adding the WIFI network. Make sure the SSID is not hidden.
