New here not a lot of computer savvy. having a weak signal problem last few months am only getting 2 or 3 bars signal on my computer when I'm right next to the router. Was full before that. Any help would be appreciated. Just did a firmware update was on the phone with customer support for a hour.

I suggest to test the network speed, because the signal bar is not quite exact.
Test the wireless speed to see if the signal is truly slow.

did a test now when next to router i have a full signal and get the speed I should 100mb. when I move across room like 15 feet I only have 3 bars out of five and loose 75% of my speed. I used to get full strength even farther away that 15 feet.
