Have a CR700 Cable Modem Router (Firmware Version: v1.1.0 Build 20160812 Rel515810 Hardware Version: V1.1)

I log in with Chrome to http://192.168.1.1, which takes me to http://192.168.1.1/index.htm, but I can't see anything (ie, Basic/Advanced tabs, Network Map, etc.).

I do the same in Firefox and Safari, and I can view everything.

Any ideas?

Hello,
Please try to clear the browsing history in Chrome.
Or you can try to login with the domain name printed on the label.

Tried both suggestions but still had same problem.

Solution:
1. logged in and index.htm was still blank
2. hit the Chrome "Back" button then the "Forward" button and the index.htm page is now visible.
