More info would help.

Is it a new router or one that was working that is now failing?

Is both 2.4 and 5Ghz WIFI affected?

How many devices?

Is firmware uo to date?

If only one or few devices, try deleting (forget) the network on the device and re-establish it as that is a common thing with new routers.
