Need more info.
Is this a new router or one that was working and just stopped working?
Is it both WIFI and the Ethernet connections?
Where are you see the message that it is connected? (a device, Tether app, router user interface, ...)
If you sign on to the user interface, and go the the network LAN settings, does the IP address have zeros in it.
Do you get internet if you connect a PC direct to the modem and bypass the router?
