Just got my brandnew C5400x. None of the 8 ethernet ports appears to be working. Had to setup via wifi. Never had this happen before in the countless routers I've used.
Are you in router or AP mode?
Is your firmware up to date?
Have you tried a factory reset?
power the router off and disconnect all Ethernet conections except one. Power back on and see if it works. If so, add them one at a time to ensure one of them is not the issue.
