Bypass the router and connect a PC direct to the modem and see if you have an internet connection.
If not, it may be the computer, ISP, modem, or your cables
If you did have an internet connection:
- Test both Ethernet cables (router to modem cable and router to PC cable) to ensure both are okay.
- Power off the modem, router, and PC
- Reconnect the Ethernet cables to modem, router and PC
- Power up the modem and wait for it to stabilized.
- Power up the router and wait for it to stabilized.
- Power up the PC.
- If it still does not work, check the routers WAN IP setting and ensure it is not zero.
