Had to have a new modem installed today and I am having trouble getting my TP-LINK connected to the new modem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please factory reset tplink range extender and then refer to the video to set it up :

Reset : with RE powered on press the reset hole for 10 secs until most LEDs flash once
