Trying to do initial setup but app shows no clients? What am i doing wrong? It shows router is connected to extender.

Sorry for the delay, please make sure Tether app is up to date in Google Play or APP store.

Confirm RE is on the latest firmware:

May I know how about the Led status on RE, and were clients connected to RE at that time? May I know have a photo and aslo the Tether app version.
