Just found the 2800 here. Apologies if there is any duplicated post

I have just installed the 2800 to replace my Sky Q hub. Its seems to work OK but I have several issues.

Whenever I try and change a setting it takes ages to save and even then I'm not sure if it has. I then get an Error 80002 with no explanation of what it is.  I cant see the wireless on my phone even though I did hide it and think I have un hid it. It doesnt show up even if I stand next to it. yet the advanced setting show it as being visible, ie not hid. I am on the latest firmware

Any advice would be appreciated particularly the slow response to a setting change
