Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 20200716 rel.84595(5553)

When enabling Game Accelerator, drops my download 400 Mbps internet to 0.5 Mbps and my 12 Mbps upload to 1.2 Mbps. Not sure why, when I disable it, it goes back to my 400 download and 12 Mbps upload speeds. Anyone else having the same problem? I wonder if I need to reboot the router to get it to work correctly?

@ecke64

If you go to Advanced > HomeCare > QoS are those speeds showing 400 download and upload? Make sure those numbers are set manually.

@lmnaon

Do you also encounter the same issue? How about the QoS settings suggested by Carl, is it configured manually with the correct download and upload bandwidth?

BTW, how about the download and upload speed you get from your ISP, and what is the speed you can get when enabling Game Accelerator on the router? Ensure the router firmware is up-to-date.
