Hi all,

My new router ac1900 c80 is not obtaining an IP address from ethernet cable but wifi is fine.

Any solution ?

Is the Router itself not getting an IP Address, which would be the WAN IP Address?

Define 'wifi is fine'? Do you mean you can connect to the router's WiFi SSID and access the Internet?

I guess the question is WHERE is the C80 connected too? LED light colors?

WIthout details your question is vague to me at least.
