A bit off topic, but does this also occur with the Native streaming option (AirLink?).

Hi all,

Came across this thread while searching for a solution for this issue on my setup... except that I don't have an AX10/1500, but an ASUS RT-AX88u router (latest FW)...

Symptoms are exactly the same though: desktop using an Intel ax200 and Quest 2 both connected via AX protocol to the router, using Airlink I get a microstutter every 2 seconds on regular interval. Q2 set to 90hz, dynamic bitrate with 200Mbps max. Router software announces 1200Mbps for both devices, all good... Unplayable.

Former computer (laptop) was connected via AC protocol to the router, and then everything worked flawlessly with the Q2 connected via AX. So I came to the conclusion (correct me if I'm wrong) that:

a) either my desktop ax200 is causing an issue

b) or both computer & headset can't cohabit on AX protocol - router can't handle it or wrong setup on my end, can't figure it out though.

I'll force my desktop to switch over to AC, though I wish I could force the Q2 instead - can't figure out how. That should work according to my previous experience with the laptop. Still, having to do this feels wrong, especially considering the setups we got. Hmmm...

I fixed my issue, now wifi ax works flawlessly, no more stuttering.

PC was transmitting too hot and thus created interference with the Quest.

Went into device manager / network adapters / wifi ax200, properties, in advanced looked up transmission power and set it to medium instead of maximum. Perfect now. Hope this helps, good luck.
