@Helpmeplease2 My extender is just two days old. All the setup process was done via tether app. It worked fine on the first day. Connected to my laptop and mobile and worked fine through the day. At night I switched off the device and switched on again the next morning. All the LED lit up as usually. But the extender disconnects every 30sec from my mobile and when connected to laptop it shows "No network, secured". It is not disconnecting with the lap but there is no internet. My modem works fine and deliver 60mbps. I don't know what to do. Tried updating firmware but it already has the latest firmware. Please help me.

Move the extender close to the router to see if the issue is with distance or in the same room.

 

If the LED lights on the extender still indicate no connection, do a factory default on the device and set it up and leave it in the same room as the router. If the extender still acts the same way, please reach out to support as there may be something wrong with it.
