When I click on the link for the above firmware, it opens to a zip file. I extract the zip file and I am left with an explorer web link. When I click on the link, I download another zip file (exactly the same file) and the process starts all over in a loop. I can't get the firmware to download on my computer. I've contacted customer support several times and can't see to communicate with the person on the other side of the world. Any ideas?
