I just got this router less than a week ago. It was working fine until today, the internet light is now orange and none of our devices are connecting to it. I've turned it off and back on and I've unplugged it for multiple minutes. The light is staying orange and I don't know what to do.

Orange means you lost your internet connection. It could be your ISP, the modem, or the cable. Power cycle the modem, the router and the PC. If that does not work, connect the PC direct to the modem with an Ethernet cable and test. If it does not work, try a different cable, check the modem logs, and contact your ISP.

Seems when this happens, and after a factory reset.   The Router is Toast

Replaced the router,  I connect and no orange light ( different brand )
