We’ve followed the numerous options for connecting the extender to the router and nothing has worked. The extender signal light blinks for a while and no light.
Did you try the Tether method: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oolmHBv7id8&feature=emb_logo or the Web method: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CqEfuT78DW4&feature=emb_logo ? If so when connecting it does the setup process say complete? If it does try moving the extender closer to the router. If it doesn't let us know if there was an error message. Screen captures would also help.
