I'm getting a problem where my modem will randomly restart or go down, leaving me with no internet.
Here are the log files I have for it.
your taking T3 Timeouts. This indicates a line issue with your ISP. These usually require a maintenance dispatch to Plant. However most ISPs require a feild tech to go to your home first. This is because in most cases only Feild tech can request maintenance dispatches. Call your ISP request a dispatch for the line errors and when the tech get there show them the modem logs and request a maintenance dispatch.
