I just switched internet providers and am having issues connecting to the new modem. Any documentation or help? The router just flashes red. I deleted the original network.
Most ISPs will use the Dynamic DHCP WAN setting however some may require a different setting. Also ensure your new ISP sent you a modem and not a gateway, or if it is a gateway that the router feature is turned off. Most of the time a simple power cycle of the main Deco is enough to get it to reconnect to the new ISP but you may have to do a reset and reconfigure if that does not work. You can use the same SSID and Password though so you do not have to reconfigure your client devices.
