Ax11000 dropping 2.4ghz every other day

Every other day 2.4 wireless drops until the router is restarted. Everything connects back fine after reboot. 5ghz has no issues. Using latest firmware. Any ideas?
Using smart connect I cannot specify a channel. I really dont want to turn that off and have 3 ssid's.

Just want to tell everyone that there is a beta firmware (v1.0.7) available from tech support and I've been running it for a week which has stabilized the 2.4GHz network. I also asked the engineering contact if there were to be a newer release and he stated that R&D engineering told him that the stable release based on this beta will be within a week or two. I wouldn't mind sharing the beta but I'm not sure what are the rules for sharing internal beta builds on this forum.
DM if you'd like.

@tarund I think that's the same beta version they provided me for the same problem 1 month ago. Haven't lost a single 2.4 device since then

@ionizer5 apparently these forums don't notify you when you receive a reply or a message so I just checked at random. If anyone else wants to download the firmware, please do so here:
If there are any forum moderators here, just letting you know that I'm only sharing this because this issue is clearly significant and affecting many people that shouldn't have to deal with this.

@tarund thank you for sharing!!
quick question. Do you know if when applying this firmware, did your existing DHCP settings and other information get overwritten and did you have to start over from scratch or did it maintain everything?

I just did it a few minutes ago, it kept all of my settings. It's always wise to do a backup before you upgrade firmware just in case. You can find it under system -->Backup & restore.

@Jerryb Hope this helps folks. I did the firmware update a month ago and it's improved 95%. Occassionally I'll have a 2.4 device that needs unplugged/plugged in to connect. Don't think it's the router. I have 50+ 2.4 devices.

thanks, gonna give it a try at my next "catastrophe"
at the moment, i moved my router to a slightly different location and also changed channels due to potential conflicts... we'll see how long it lasts
id prefer not to be on a beta firmware, but if this happens again, ill definitely be moving over to it
i wonder if anyone knows what it is they exactly changed?
