I can't get my tp-link to pair. There was just a big storm and now my system will not pair. What do you suggest?
@db3 I believe you are talking about the TL-PA2010 KIT?
If so, place them both in the same room. Press and hold the pair button for 15 seconds, and do the same for the other plug. Now pair them by pressing the pair button on each one for a second (not at the same time).
If there are absolutely no LED lights on the plugs, it would be best to contact our support in that case.
