I have 100/10 service from my ISP. The wired connection from my router to my desktop is only getting about 70/10 and my phone is only getting about 50/10. I've rebooted everything (modem/router/devices.) I've made sure the router firmware was up to date. I set Qos to standard and didn't see a way to turn it off completely. I tried connecting the desktop directly to the modem and got 115mbps so it's not the ISP, Ethernet cable or NIC. Any ideas? Thanks.

ISP :It's a local company but I have 40/10

I am pretty pissed at how bad this router. I also have contacted support twice and have yet to recieve any help. This is not a cheap router however, the one it replaced (which was an old nighthawk) would have been worth keeping.

Doing a speed test through the router I get the correct speeds but I get practically dial-up speeds through the wi-fi. I also am having trouble streaming my fire stick. I have to kick on data on my phone which is unacceptable. There needs to be a fix for this!

This thread is mostly riddles in the dark. Have a go at posting a thread with a description of your problem and we might perhaps get somewhere.

 

I have an Archer C2300 v1.0 with Firmware 2.0.3 Build 20180810 and it's doing great.

@c_wolf this router is awful i cannot keep a stable connection and the customer service is just as bad. Hopefully i can get my money back for this garbage
