i contacted tp-link support and they told me that some website or app can't be recognized by Trendmicro so it will show as null. It will be fixed in the next update.

when you login the mr6400 web ui, what is the internet ip there? is the same as what's ip? if no, contact your ISP to assign a real public ip to you.

10.4.219.X is a local ip so you can't remote to this router. contact your ISP to assign a public ip to you.
