Hi,you can use your laptop connect to the TD-W8968 wirelessly. Then log in the manage page and change the password in Wireless setting.

The compatibility of MR3420v1 is not so good as MR3420v2. So there's a large possibility 3420v1 is not compatible with this modem. But if you have one,you can test it yourself.

Hi Mike,you can try to set port forwarding for the PABX.Fill in it's IP address and port 5060. Then set QoS to make Voice data a higher priority.
