@Kathy_Z yes I meant that, but there aren't any other devices like that just the unknown device which is the card. I downloaded and installed the driver 3times but it just dissapeared win7 ultimate...

I inserted the card safely started the pc but it can't see it it says: other device. I tried many things including the tutorial video but nothing worked, maybe it's not compatible?
