What is SID? SSID? Wi-Fi name? Wi-Fi password? On router page, you can delete the old Wi-Fi name/password and create a new one. Save the settings and reboot the router to make it take effect.

Mark, did you try channel width 80MHz? How many wireless clients have you tried to connect 5GHz Wi-Fi? 2.4GHz Wi-Fi is working OK?

Except that it won't display Name/Number, is there any other abnormal behavior? Can you access internet properly? Not sure how does it happen but if you do care, confirm with TP-LINK people....
