How do i disable the hidden network on both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz wifi? what is the purpose of those hidden networks?

I have many devices which may not support wifi 6 driver or compatibilty. I know it is backward compatible. But still can we diable wifi 6 on AX10? Do we option to make it work on wifi 5?
