Model: Archer C20

Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: 13

Archer C20 is a dual band router.I got separate SSIDs for the bands.My laptop can detect both but android devices fail to discover the 5Ghz one, even though they support dual band.

If you go to the settings page for the 5GHz wireless and click the drop-down menu for the "Channel" selection, which channel numbers are you able you choose from?

Do you currently have the channel selection set on "Auto"?
