Old hardware version has detachable antennas. Do you have to use outdoor antennas? I don't see how that's gonna work. And those 4G routers do not support VOIP.

Did you open ports for your server on the router? Or set the server as DMZ host.

Confirm internet connection type, PPPoE username and password if any, with your ISP. And check your modem too. If the modem is not working, the router will not work.
