I do re-affirm that with current versions of both browsers (Safari / Chrome), the procedure as I described above works just fine, i.e. one can have both windows up concurrently running on one browser...

With regards to logging changes I've already posted on another thread that I find the current log implementation lagging way behind others (even TP-Links routers log much much better) as I have DHCP...

+1 at using two different browsers, hadn't thought of that! So it is indeed something that could be solved on a software basis, one can only hope. I'm also sometimes getting a message to save changes...
