@taxman This sounds very similar to issues seen when connecting to a Hotel Wifi. What is likely happening is that the Open Public Libaray network has a splash page and you are not getting directed....

@Parwitch This is fairly easy to explain. The Driver is only for Windows 7 and XP. Windows 8/8.1/10 use the plug and play driver.
