I just set up my spot last night and it is constantly offline I know network is working because my kids are in class (online learning global pandemic).
what is the problem?
Tap on the device then go to the device settings, go to device info, and tap on the wireless network your phone is connected to. If your wireless signal is -60 to -70 dBm, move it to another area so the signal number is lower on a consistent basis, as the number will jump up and down.
If the camera is connected to the 5G, you can also try moving to the 2.4G network as the 2.4G has a longer distance compared to the 5G.
