Couple of things to try:

-Verify the wireless password being used is correct. Forget the wireless network on your phone and connect again.

-Make sure your phone does not have a VPN connection enabled

-Go into the Kasa app settings and make sure location and local network is enabled.

-Change your router security to personal rather than mixed
