Is this possible and if so, how, please?
You may be able to use Samsung SmartThings, Google Assistant or Alexa routines to do that. One option with Kasa you could do is set several On Sechedules though I do believe there is a limit on how many sechedules you can set so i do not know if you can fill out the day but it is possible. After that set up a auto-off smart action for 15 mins after the plug goes off. This would mean every 45 minutes you would need a schedule to turn it on.
