The device worked for a couple of weekd then it became unreachable, it works when I reset it for a while then it becomes unbreachable again.
The device is only able to connect with 2.4G networks, if your router is a dual-band, make sure both networks are named different.
If haven't done so, do a factory reset by holding the small reset button (left) for 15 seconds.
A metal faceplate can also interfere with the signal so using a plastic one is best.
If the router can be moved to an area of obstacles that may help too, rather than in a closet, on top of a shelf.
