All of a sudden, my lights connected to my HS200 switch will not turn off. If reset, restart, removed the device from my app, flipped the breaker, nothing is working.  The lights have been on 24/7 for days.  Help!

Does the manual toggle switch work?  Are there any lights on the physical device?  If so what are they doing?

I have a similar problem. HS200 worked fine for over a year. Suddenly the light will not cut off, stays on continually. Tonight I turned off breaker. Thought it was the wifi and connection but it won't cut off manually with the toggle switch or remotely using the kasa app. I had an issue about a week ago and it did this, but started working again after a few manual on and offs. I'm thinking switch has gone bad, can anyone comment. I am planning on ordering another, not sure of the warranty period on these.

@Technologyman probably need to order another switch, not sure I'm going with TP-link...

As long as it is wired correctly and your still in warranty we can replace the switch.  Send an email to Kasa.Support@tp-link.com and add a link to this thread to avoid troubleshooting with them.

The exact same thing started happening on one of my switches a couple months after I installed it.  It just won't turn off - tried resetting it, flipping off the breaker, etc.  I guess I need to unscrew the light bulbs...
