Attempt to save a smart action for a scene always fails with the message:
> We won't be able to save the smart action at this moment. Please try again later.
Tried from both iPhone and Android phones.

Instead of using scenes you can select the outlet and set the functions on it. In my case I have a Smart Outdoor Plug with two outlets.
I did the following:
- Defined one of the outlets and then selected it.
- Selected schedule
- Added two times
- First to turn my device on
- Second to turn it off
A status indicator shows on the plug in the Devices list for the next action. In my case the schedule symbol 9:00 pm OFF. It is 7:40 pm now. :)
I tend not to use scenes on these smart devices since I usually have specific needs for each device.
If you have a bunch of devices you want to control at once then the scene would be the way to go.

@NDH it's the time zone, set the time zone in settings within the app it will clear this issue up
