I had changed the wifi info on the kasa app, then it tells me I need to update the firmware. After that, the plug went dead. No Wi-Fi light, no nothing. any ideas?

Have you updated the firmware successfully?

Press the Setting button for 10s to hard reset and reconfigure it.

Pressing the setting button does nothing. When I say the plug does nothing, I mean NOTHING. When I plug it into the wall, nothing happens. The WIFI light doesnt blink, the power light doesnt turn on, nothing. As far as succesfully updating the firmware, how would I know? I set my phone down while it was updating. When I went back a few minutes later, the plug was dead but the app did say it was updated.
