Hello,
I have the Kasa Spot Cam (KC115) and I am trying to recover footage. The footage in question says "no longer downloadable". Is this archived on the cloud, or is it gone forever?
If the video clip is not able to be viewed or downloaded, then the video has been permanently deleted.
