You should know what you need first before you read and follow up the instruction. "i would like to QoS them without restricting myself." What's the IP range of "them"?

For example, if IP range is 192.168.1.100~192.168.1.199, to exclude 192.168.1.129, we can add two ranges, 192.168.1.100~192.168.1.128 and 192.168.1.130~192.168.1.199.
